Switchable glass, also known as electrochromic, dynamic, dimmable, or smart glass, is the new state-of-the-art technology with built-in functionality to vary light transmittance and thermal properties of windows. What makes switchable glass so unique is that it allows users to control the amount of heat or light that passes through the glass, giving them the ability to regulate temperatures or create privacy at the flick of a switch.
